When your item first arrives, please make sure you try it on with the clothing tags in tact just in the unlikely event that you will want to return or exchange it

What to do in the following circumstances:

The wrong product was sent by the merchant or product is defective/damaged during shipping: Please inform us within 7 days via email, and we will organize an exchange for you. You will be notified via email of the delivery/exchange date and time.

The product is tampered: Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Contact us via email at info@nickybe.com.

You need to exchange sizes *Size exchange is currently only available for United Arab Emirates customers* For size exchange simply contact us by email at info@nickybe.com. Customer will be advised to post the original item back to us. A new size will be issued & customer will need to cover the shipping cost incurred by the merchant.

**If the item is a Sale item there will be no returns/refunds or exchange.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. All refunds will be send back by original payment method.

Refund for size reasons

For UAE or International, if you are requesting a refund based on wrong fit/size/personal preference you will be granted a refund less the cost of shipment. This will be processed after you return the item to our return address which will be confirmed via email. 

Refund for faulty item

For UAE/International if you experience a fault with the items within 14 days of receiving please email our customer service team at info@nickybe.com. After 14 days if any faults are reported it will be up to the discretion of the merchant on actions to be taken.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order the following terms apply:

Cancellation before the item is shipped: Please inform us via email at info@nickybe.com within 48 hours of placing the order that you wish to cancel to receive a full refund. If you cancel after this time but before the item is shipped, it will be upto our discretion based on if we have started making your order or not.


Cancellation after the item is shipped:
Cancellations after the item is shipped for a refund are not possible. Customers are advised in this case to wait to receive the shipped item & follow the steps for a usual return, so that they can receive a partial refund (this will be the price you paid less the costs we incurred to ship the cancelled item to you).
